Once you entered or created a Waiting Room, you can still access your Equip Tab and Skills for your final preparation for the actual dungeon run. You can change your equipments, useable items emoticons, etc. just like when you are outside of the room, however, you cannot upgrade your runes and accessories. Take note that once the Dungeon Run starts, you cannot change your equipments anymore except for those who unlocked their Change Weapon Slot. You can chat players inside the room while waiting for the other ones to finish their preparations.
Entering as a Non-Host
If you join a room, you can only hit the Ready Button after checking your equipments and skills and wait for the Host to start the game. Remember that once you press the Ready Button, you cannot access your Equip Tab and Skills anymore (you can gain access again once you press the button again and removing the Ready Status).
Entering as a Host
Since you created the room, you have the full control of the settings of the Dungeon Run. Here are the following settings:
Changing the Room Title and Password
If you want to change the name and password, click the Gear Icon on the right side of the room’s Title Bar.
Once you clicked the icon, a window will pop-out just the same as the window when you are creating a room where you will put the desired name and password of the room.
Changing the Dungeon
If you want to change the dungeon without going out of the room, click the “Select Dungeon” button which is located on your lower right of the screen (above the “Start” button).
Once you clicked the button, the map interface will appear and you can now select the dungeon and difficulty you wanted. However, you cannot change your dungeon into a Champion Mode or enter a Heroic Dungeon.
Closing Player Windows
If you want to reduce the total number of players who can enter the room, just click an empty Player Window.
After clicking, you will notice that the circle mark will change into an X mark meaning player cannot enter on that window. You can only close up to two windows.
Kicking / Expelling a Player
You can expel or kick a player out of the room by clicking the X button on the upper right of the Player’s Character Window or dragging them out of the Character Window.
Once a player got expelled out of the room, he / she cannot enter the same room for 30 seconds.
Now if all the players are all set and pressed their ready button, the Host can now press the Start button (Press the F9 key as shortcut for Ready and Start button) and the dungeon will now load.
